I’m often described as a workplace “Swiss Army Knife”: the person who can work out what needs doing and just get it done. I sit comfortably between designers, developers, and stakeholders because I speak all their languages.
On large programs, I’ve acted as the bridge that keeps momentum alive; translating intent into implementation, surfacing risks early, and reducing friction between teams who think very differently.
